Yes, through our custom pre-order service. Describe the product you're after, your budget and your preferred timeline using the pre-order button on the site. Our team sends you a quote within 48 hours, and the product is then sourced and delivered, usually within 2 to 4 weeks.

A pre-order lets you reserve a product we don't yet hold in stock. You approve a quote, pay for the order, and we source the item from our authorised suppliers abroad. The usual lead time is 2 to 4 weeks depending on the source market. You follow every step on WhatsApp, from sourcing confirmation through to delivery.

All prices are displayed in CFA francs (XAF). There is no currency conversion and no hidden fee: the amount displayed is the amount you pay.

You have 7 days from delivery to return an unopened product in its original, intact packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp to open a return: we arrange collection and process the refund or exchange as soon as the item reaches us.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. In that specific case, return shipping is at your cost. If the return follows an error on our side or a defective product, Crown Croft covers every cost.
