How to order from Crown Croft
From browsing the catalogue to receiving your parcel, a Crown Croft order takes eight steps and is paid in CFA francs by Mobile Money.
Browse the catalogue
Open the Perfumes page or any section of the site. Filter by brand, gender or scent family to narrow your selection.
Choose the product and size
On the product page, select the size you want. The price in CFA francs and the availability are shown for each variant.
Add to cart
Add the item to your cart. You can keep browsing or go straight to checkout.
Enter your delivery details
Provide your name, your WhatsApp number and your delivery address in Douala, Yaounde or another Cameroonian city.
Choose MTN MoMo or Orange Money
Select your payment method. Delivery costs and the total in CFA francs are displayed before you confirm anything.
Confirm the order
Approve the transaction with your Mobile Money PIN on your phone. Payment confirmation is immediate.
Receive the WhatsApp confirmation
You receive your order number on WhatsApp, then a notification at every stage: preparation, dispatch, delivery.
Receive your delivery
Your order arrives within 24 to 48 hours in Douala, and within 2 to 4 business days in Yaounde and the rest of Cameroon.
How to choose a fragrance at Crown Croft
Choosing a fragrance remotely works if you narrow down by elimination, starting from the scent family and working down to the notes.
Identify your scent family
Work out what draws you: woody, floral, oriental, fresh or citrus. This is the most decisive filter, the one that rules out 80 percent of the catalogue immediately.
Filter the catalogue by family
On the Perfumes page, apply the filter matching your scent family so you only see relevant references.
Read the top, heart and base notes
Every product page details its scent pyramid. Top notes last a few minutes, heart notes carry the fragrance, base notes define its trail.
Check the gender orientation
Every reference is marked as men's, women's or unisex. A gender filter is available on the Perfumes page.
Read customer reviews
Reviews published on each product page describe longevity, sillage and wearing occasions as experienced by other customers in Cameroon.
Compare several references
Use the comparison tool to put two or three fragrances side by side and weigh their notes, price and origin against each other.
