Terms of Sale

1. Seller identification

Crown Croft is a commercial company based in Douala, Cameroon, specialising in the import and sale of authenticated luxury products.

2. Products

All products sold on Crown Croft are authentic and sourced directly from official suppliers in the UK, France, Japan, and other countries. Every product is verified before it ships.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in CFA Francs (XAF) inclusive of all taxes. Crown Croft reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed at the price in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Any order placed on Crown Croft constitutes the formation of a sales contract. You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp once your payment is validated.

5. Payment

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, bank cards (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfers, and cash on delivery (Douala only, minimum 15,000 XAF).

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are given as an indication. Crown Croft cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with our returns policy, you have 7 days from receipt to return an unopened product in its original packaging.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp before initiating any proceedings. These terms are governed by Cameroonian law.
