Our commitments
Authenticity guarantee
Every item sold is authentic. If a product were ever found not to be authentic, Crown Croft takes it back and refunds you in full, delivery costs included.
Direct sourcing
We buy only through official brand channels and authorised distributors in the United Kingdom, France, Japan and other markets. Never on the grey market.
Original packaging
Every product ships sealed in its original packaging, with its Crown Croft invoice stating the brand, the reference and the country of origin.
7-day returns
Any unopened product in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, for exchange or refund.
How we work
Our chain is short and verifiable. We identify the product at an authorised supplier in the United Kingdom, France or Japan. We buy it directly through that official channel. We check it by hand: batch code, crimping, print quality, factory seal. We then import it into Cameroon and deliver it in Douala within 24 to 48 hours, and in Yaounde within 2 to 4 business days.
Secure payments
MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money payments are processed by NotchPay, a certified payment aggregator for French-speaking Africa. Crown Croft stores no banking data and no Mobile Money credentials on its servers. All transactions are encrypted end to end and the entire site is served over HTTPS.
Customer service
Our customer service runs on WhatsApp first, the most direct channel in Cameroon. We reply within 2 hours during opening hours, Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, and always within 24 hours. Reach out for a pre-purchase question, an order update, a return or a custom pre-order request.
