Return conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return must be made within 7 days of receipt
• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
• The product must not have been used

Non-returnable products

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Products purchased on final sale

Return procedure

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund is processed within 5 business days via the same payment method as the original order.

Defective or incorrect product

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we cover all return costs and will refund you or send the correct product as a priority. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
