Timelines and costs

• Standard delivery 3 to 5 business days. 3,000 XAF. Free from 100,000 XAF.
• Express delivery 24 to 48h. 7,000 XAF. Available in Douala and Yaoundé only.
• Cash on delivery Douala only. 4,000 XAF. Minimum order: 15,000 XAF.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed in discreet and protective packaging. Fragile products receive reinforced packaging. No indication of value or content is visible on the outside.

Order tracking

You receive a WhatsApp message at each stage of your order. You can also track your order in real time on our tracking page using your order number.

Delivery issue

In case of a damaged parcel or non-receipt, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number. We handle each situation individually.
